Establishment of Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise("WFOE")
We provides the following services for the establishment of Wholly Foreign Owners Enterprises:
1. Inform and consult the WFOE of the PRC laws and regulations governing establishment and operation of WFOEs;
2.Assist aponsors in designing the capital structure of the joint venture;
3.Assist the WFOE in in its negotiations over site leasing and other matters;
4.Assist the WFOE in its consultations and negotiations with local government departments over resources required for operations and preferantial policies;
5.Draft,amend and review legal documents needed in the Join-Venture incorporation including but not limited to the draft of minutes, memos,the Join-Venture contract,the Articles of Association of the Join-Venture ,trademark and/or patent licensing agreements,lease agreements,land purchasing agreenments,and others;
6.Assist the WFEO in composing a feasibility study report;
7.Assist the JVWFEO in composing the environmental impact assessment repaort;
8.Complete the necessary audic and registration procedure of the WFOE;
9.Assist the WFOE with any post-incorporation matters such as :foreign exchange registration,tax registration,opening bank accounts,capital audics,custom registration,etc
