法律关系中，法律主体的身份地位特别重要，如何表述呢？这些“人”基本都是由动词变过来的，多以er/or和ee结尾，相对来说还是比较好记，担任还存在一些特殊的情况，比如witness，证人，以下我们简单的归纳总结一下。
