宿胜利

　　宿胜利律师，1992年毕业于中国政法大学法律系，获法学学士学位，2011年中国政法大学在职法学博士研究生毕业。于2010年美国俄克拉荷马城市大学法学院访问学者、2011年英国BBP英联邦法律制度系列培训访问学者。曾在天津市人民检察院从事刑事检察工作，1996年从事律师职业并于2001年与才华律师共同创办天津华盛理律师事务所。现任天津华盛理律师事务所首席合伙人、主任律师，民革党员。

　　宿胜利律师从事律师职业以来，共办理民事、经济、知识产权刑事、行政及非诉讼案件千余件，其中代理天津市中级、高级人民法院审理的一审、二审案件数百余件，得到了较高的评价。其参与编著的《民法总论案例选评》被列为国家“211”工程课题项目，对外经济贸易大学法学院本科生案例教材。近几年来，主要涉足公司、涉外民商、知识产权、房地产和刑事辩护案件并取得了良好的效果，如影响较大的有天津港务局诉广达房地产公司纠纷案，中天建设集团有限公司诉天津一建、天津市劳动局、天津金宝集团工程欠款纠纷案等，为当事人挽回了近亿元的经济损失。其代理辩护的中、高两院一审和二审的走私及国家工作人员职务犯罪刑事案件大多数做出无罪的判决。此外，宿胜利律师还曾担任天津港务局、中国移动集团天津有限公司(香港上市公司)、天津轮船实业发展集团股份有限公司、南开戈德集团天津天高国际经济发展公司、天津市地下铁道总公司(国家重点工程地铁一号线工程现为城投集团公司)、天津市房产总公司等多家大型企业的常年法律顾问。同时与天津海泰发展股份有限公司建立业务合作关系并处理相关法律事务。2006年经网上投票被评为天津市十大优秀律师。2007年、2012年被天津仲裁委员会聘为仲裁员。此外还担任中国剧本网首席法律顾问，天津市安全生产管理协会法律总顾问，天津市河西区海外联谊会常务理事，天津市政公路行业协会法律部首席顾问律师，中国知识产权研究会理事等社会职务。

　　Mr. Su Shengli graduated from the Law Department of China University of Political Science and Law and was granted with the bachelor degree of law in 1992. Mr. Su got the doctor degree of China University of Political Science and Law in 2011. After graduation from the university, Mr. Su once worked for the People's Procuratorate of Tianjin, dealing with the criminal procuratorial work. Mr. Su joined the bar in 1996. As the chief lawyer and the chief partner, he set up Wisely Law Office with Mr. Cai Hua in 2001. In 2010, as visiting scholar Mr. Su visited US and studied US legal system in OKLAHOMA CITY UNIVERSITY. In 2011, as visiting scholar Mr. Su visited UK and studied the UK legal system in BBP London.

　　As a lawyer, Mr. Su handled more than one thousand of cases, including criminal, civil, economic and administrative cases as well as the cases of non-action at law. Among the cases above, Mr. Su acted as the attorney at law, participating in hearing over one hundred of cases judged by the Supreme People's Court of Tianjin and he was well received at these lawsuits. In the recent years, Mr. Su has mainly been engaged in pleading for the relative parties in the lawsuits, involving the cases of the marine affairs and marine insurance, criminal and dispute of the construction project and foreign relationship affair. All of these cases got a good result under the vindication by Mr. Su. Especially, Mr. Su planned and organized the professional lawyers from our office to help 8 foreign-based enterprises in establishing their own companies or joint ventures successfully in China. For the reason above, Mr. Su has been invited by these companies to act as their legal consultant. In addition, Mr. Su works as the permanently consultant to deal with the legal affairs for Tianjin Port Office, Tianjin Steamboat Industry Development (Group) Company Limited, Safeguard Corporation, Tianjin Tiangao Internationally Economic Development Company, Tianjin Subway Corporation (the No. 1 Subway Line Project, which has been specified as the key project by the state) and Tianjin House Property Corporation. Through the on-line voting Mr. Su was named top ten best lawyers in Tianjin in 2006 and was appointed the arbitrator of Tianjin Arbitration Commission in 2007, as well as in 2012.
