As the representative of B,attorney Wang Wenfang of Ganus Law Offices is now formally noticing you on the issue that you refuse to pay salary to our client.

Our client had worked for you from 1 September 2008 to 1 August 2011,and on the day of 1 August 2011, the relationship was ended legally,you and our client confirmed by written the fact that by the day there still 4 months\' salary of our client are unpaid. And by written you promised to pay it off before the day of 2 September 2011.But,until today,our client is still unpaid.

After several times of communication with you，it comes to our client that you are not intend to pay the bonus and salary agreed .

Hereby,our client demands that you immediately pay the agreed bonus and salary.

If you fail to comply with this demand, our client may seek relief in court . Judicial relief includes, but is not limited to: the unpaid bonus and salary,the fine of the delay and other legitimate rights .

Our clients reserves all rights it may have. Our client neither waives nor abandons its right by sending you this demand letter prior to filing suit.

Please pay it off within 7 days after your receipt of this letter.
