注意事项：

1、 借条背面复印借款人的身份证

2、 借款人签名准确明晰，不要草签

3、 借条的空白处，全部由借款人亲笔书写。

4、 借条不要有任何修改，如需修改，则重新写整张借条。

5、 从到期还款日开始，适用两年的诉讼时效。也就是，如借款人不还款，则最好在从到期还款日起两年内起诉借款人。

6、 借款人的签名由借款人亲自签上借款人本人的名字，不要由其他人代签。
